Some 40 years ago, Ivan Paul Cohen set out to create an enduring law firm at the intersection of law and business.
His goal then, today, and going forward has revolved around developing lasting client relationships while providing innovative, superior quality, and cost-effective legal services that make a positive difference, not only for our client’s legal needs, but also in achieving their business goals and long term strategies.
He believes in establishing long-term relationships with clients, treating each matter with care, knowing that it will be a privilege to work with the client again only if we earned their approval and confidence. He has sustained enduring client relationships, shared values, and core beliefs that continue to define his law firm today.

He works with clients to avoid litigation, however, if litigation is unavoidable or advantageous, he assists in evaluating the most practical and cost-effective course of action, and zealously represent their interests.
He has engaged in complex litigation in the United States, Canada, South Africa, Europe and Israel and recovered many millions of dollars for clients.
