A.    Automatic Entry by Booking an Appointment for a Telephone Consultation with Ivan Paul Cohen: You will receive one (1) automatic entry for a paid ($99.00) telephone consultation with Ivan Paul Cohen, during the promotion period.

For all methods of entry, to be entered into all four drawings, you must complete entry from 12:01 a.m. CT on February 15, 2020 through 11:59 p.m. CT on June 30, 2020. To be entered into the second, third and fourth drawings, you must complete entry from 12:00 a.m. CT on July 1, 2020 through 11:59 p.m. CT on September 30, 2020. To be entered into the third and fourth drawings, you must complete entry from 12:00 a.m. CT on October 1, 2020 through 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2020. To be entered into the fourth drawing only, you must complete entry from 12:00 a.m. CT on January 1, 2021 through 11:59 p.m. CT on April 15, 2021.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.
